Sapphire Eşarp and Sapphire AI Studio

Sapphire Eşarp

Provides fabric R&D, physical sampling, weaving, jacquard, digital and transfer printing, and made-to-order production management for brand-specific scarf and shawl collections.

Sapphire AI Studio

Brings together pattern generation, 16× upscaling, vectorization, mockups and print-preparation tools developed from real design and production needs in textiles.

WORKING MODEL

We develop the product and manage the production process.

Our specialist core team develops the fabric R&D, quality standard and physical sample. Once the quality is approved, looms suited to the technical requirements are allocated from our production network on a project basis. Yarn selection, weave structure, colour plan, production follow-up and quality control are coordinated by Sapphire. Production begins against the approved sample and confirmed order, with capacity planned around each project's volume and technical structure.
