Production begins against the approved sample and confirmed order, with capacity planned around each project's volume and technical structure.

Does Sapphire Eşarp offer private-label or contract manufacturing?
Yes. Sapphire Eşarp provides fabric R&D, physical sampling, weaving, jacquard, printing and made-to-order production management for brand-specific scarf and shawl collections.
What is the minimum production quantity?
For woven production, the minimum is 550 metres per colour with at least 4 colours. The total starting production volume for one quality is 2,200 metres.
What is the production lead time?
The earliest production lead time is 2 months. The confirmed lead time is stated at quotation according to yarn, weave structure, colour count, finishing, sample approval and production planning.
How is production capacity planned?
Looms suited to the technical requirements are allocated from Sapphire's production network on a project basis. Capacity is planned around order volume and product structure, while Sapphire coordinates production follow-up and quality control.
Can we work with our own artwork or product concept?
Yes. Artwork or a visual reference is technically assessed together with dimensions, composition, hand feel, colour and intended-use requirements, then developed into a physical sample.
